3. Data Accuracy & Compliance

• All company details, such as Company Name, GSTIN, Registered Address, Bank Details, and Owner Information, must be kept up to date.

• Users shall ensure compliance with applicable laws, including GST regulations and digital communication rules.

• BIENBON VOYAGE PRIVATE LIMITED is responsible for ensuring that all data entered is true and verifiable.

4. System Usage

• The CRM may be used strictly for business operations such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Bookings, Finance, and Staff Management.

• Unauthorized or malicious use, including data scraping, tampering, or misuse of automated features, is prohibited.

• The Wallet & Add Funds sections must be used responsibly; the company is accountable for maintaining financial clarity.

5. Communication & Email Settings

  This email will be used for outgoing communications, including invoices, notifications, and marketing messages.

• Users must not send unsolicited or non-compliant communication through the CRM.

6. Financial Information

• Bank details such as Account Number, IFSC Code, and Branch are stored solely for transactional purposes within the CRM.

• Neither helloGTX nor the CRM provider will assume responsibility for incorrect bank details entered by the user.

• The user must verify all payout and refund processes.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, brand names, and company-specific content remain the property of BIENBON VOYAGE PRIVATE LIMITED.

• The CRM’s software, design, and architecture remain the intellectual property of helloGTX.

8. Privacy & Data Security

• The CRM employs standard security protocols to safeguard stored data.

• However, the company is responsible for controlling user permissions and preventing unauthorized internal access.

• Sensitive information, including financial data and customer records, must be handled with care.

9. Limitations of Liability

• The CRM provider is not liable for losses arising from incorrect data entry, internal misuse, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

• The company shall ensure regular backup and validation of its operational data.

10. Termination of Access

• CRM access may be restricted or terminated by the provider or company administration if misuse or policy violations are identified.

• Users must cease access immediately upon termination or role change.

11. Amendments
